The tasks of the section "Comprehension of speech by ear (listening)" will take 30 minutes. Participants will be asked to listen to several audio recordings lasting from 10 seconds to 3 minutes each. The recording of each of the blocks of text fragments will be repeated twice (in German and Spanish). The recording provides pauses of various durations. They will allow entrants to get acquainted with the wording of test tasks and complete them in a test notebook.

After listening to all the recordings, test participants will also be given time (up to 10 minutes) to transfer the answers to the audit test assignments to Form A.

After completing the tasks of this part of the certification work, applicants will be able to perform the tasks of the following parts in any order.

During the test, the participant may not carry any means of communication, devices for reading, processing, storing and reproducing information, printed and handwritten materials not provided for in the testing procedure.

Students exempted from the STA must obtain educational documents

Educational institutions must issue certificates of complete general secondary education and applications to graduates who do not want to pass the state final certification this year.

This is stated in the explanation of the Ministry of Education and Science regarding the entry into force of the law exempting from the STA students who complete full general secondary education in the 2019/20 academic year.

At the same time, the heads of general secondary and vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions are recommended to identify graduates wishing to pass the STA.

For this purpose, it is recommended to receive applications confirming the desire to pass the STA in an educational institution or in the form of an external evaluation as soon as possible. The application must be from an adult applicant or from one of the parents or other legal representatives of the minor.

"Graduates who do not want to pass the STA, must be issued certificates of complete general secondary education and an appendix to them with the entry" released (a) "in the appropriate column of the application form," – said the Ministry of Education …

For graduates wishing to pass the STA in the form of external evaluation, institutions need to: organize transportation of participants to testing points; after receiving the results of the STA from the UTSOKO in the form of an external evaluation to issue certificates of complete general secondary education, noting the results in the appropriate column of the application form.

For graduates who want to pass the STA in an educational institution, institutions need to: check the right to pass the STA in the educational institution; to organize the STA in writing on assignments and in the terms approved by the head of the educational institution, but not later than the end of the academic year; after passing the STA to issue certificates of complete general secondary education with the results of the STA in the appropriate column of the application form.

In addition, recipients of education applying for a Gold or narrative paper ideas Silver Medal are eligible to receive such medals without passing the STA.

Using the correct answers to the test tasks in German, French and Spanish, test participants have the opportunity to determine their own test score for all test tasks, except for open-ended tasks.

The result of tasks No. 1-16 of the part "Comprehension of speech by ear (listening)", No. 17-32 of the part "Reading", No. 39-43 and 49-53 of the part "Use of language" and No. 59 of the part "Letter" will be counted as state final certification in German, French or Spanish (at the choice of the graduate) for students who have studied the subject at the standard or academic level.

The result of the tasks of the whole test will be counted as the state final certification (at the choice of the graduate) for students who studied the subject at the profile level, and will also be used during admission to higher education institutions of Ukraine.

The maximum number of points that a participant of the External Evaluation in a foreign language can receive by correctly completing all tasks No. 1-16, No. 17-32, No. 39-43, No. 49-53 and No. 59, which will be counted as the state final certification for students, language learners at the standard or academic level, equal to 56 test scores.

The maximum number of points that can be scored by correctly completing all test tasks – 72 test points.

The official announcement of the test results will take place no later than June 20.

The second week of the main session of the external independent evaluation has begun in Ukraine. Testing in three foreign languages ​​took place on Monday: German, French and Spanish.

The result of tasks No. 1-16 of the part "Comprehension of speech by ear (listening)", No. 17-32 of the part "Reading", No. 39-43 and 49-53 of the part "Use of language" and No. 59 of the part "Letter" will be counted as state final certification in German, French or Spanish (at the choice of the graduate) for students who have studied the subject at the standard or academic level.

The result of the tasks of the whole test will be counted as the state final certification (at the choice of the graduate) for students who studied the subject at the profile level, and will also be used during admission to higher education institutions of Ukraine.

The establishment of the threshold "passed / failed" and the determination of the results of the EIT in foreign languages ​​will take place following a meeting of the expert commission on determining the results of the EIT no later than June 19. On the same day, a table of correspondence of test scores to grades on a scale from 1 to 12 points and a table of translation of test scores on foreign languages ​​into a rating score on a scale from 100 to 200 points will be published.

The results of foreign language testing will be posted on the information pages of the external evaluation participants until June 20.

After that, educational institutions will receive the results of the state final certification of their students.

Test participants who were unable to participate in the external evaluation for objective reasons may, within 5 working days (including the day of testing) submit to the regional center where they were registered, a document confirming the reason for non-participation in the main session , and a statement.
